Advertisement Consent

Advertisement Consent

Some physical adverts can benefit from Deemed Consent under the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisement) Regulations 2007, but if the advertisement you want to display doesn’t comply with the constraints of those limited regulations, you will need to apply to the Local Planning Authority to obtain advertisement consent.

Displaying an advert without the appropriate consent, is a criminal offence and can lead to significant fines and sanctions. It is important therefore to ensure you have all of the appropriate documentation in place before displaying a permanent advert.

ET Planning are expert town planning professionals, who can assist with this process.
