We are passionate about supporting and inspiring students in discovering more about Town Planning as a career option. We know that one way of finding out if Town Planning is the right option for you, you might be looking for work experience. To help support you, we do offer each academic term up to 4 separate work experience placements lasting between 1 and 2 weeks (5 to 10 days) for A-level Students studying a humanities subject (preferably Geography) as well as undergraduate students looking to find out a bit more about what working life might be like after graduation.
In time we will produce some guidance notes on preparing a CV and personal statement when applying for a role (even if it’s work experience) and post it here. If you’d like to contact us about applying for a work experience placement please email your CV (no more than 2 sides of A4) and a personal statement of no more than 400 words explaining why you’re applying for this opportunity at ET Planning to email@example.com, with the subject as ‘Work Experience Application’.
All our work experience placements take place at our Thames Valley Office in Crowthorne, Berkshire.
We look forward to hearing from you!
